Ark Consulting Group led an $80M urban redevelopment project in Greenville, NC, transforming two city blocks into a sophisticated mixed-use development. The project features a 7-story, 804-bed student housing complex with 10,000 sf of public retail space and a 689-space parking structure topped with a pool and amenity deck.
