Egret Landing Shopping Center, Publix

Ark Consulting Group engineered Emerald Isle's first Publix grocery store, a complex 31,550 sf development requiring innovative solutions for multiple site challenges. We designed and implemented a specialized onsite wastewater system with pre-treatment, underground stormwater infiltration, and the island's first roundabout to manage traffic flow. Our team coordinated with NCDOT Congestion Management while maintaining continuous access to the existing Crew Drive throughout construction. The project showcases our expertise in complex site development, utility systems design, and traffic management, demonstrating our ability to deliver sophisticated commercial projects while maintaining existing infrastructure operations.
