Champions Health and Fitness

In this Design-Build project, we prepared all construction documentation for site, utility and drainage improvements. Throughout the process, we worked regularly with the General Contractor, design team, and the business owner from master planning through construction documentation. We prepared layout and design of site improvements, including the layout plan and construction details and specifications. Additionally, we provided periodic construction observation and administration.
