Ark Consulting Group led the transformation of NC Highway 58's Western Regional beach access with comprehensive streetscape design and implementation. Our team developed three conceptual plans integrating new street sections, curb and gutter systems, strategic street lighting, and landscaping. The design incorporates efficient on-street parking solutions, including dedicated golf cart spaces, enhancing accessibility while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Our full-service approach encompassed initial surveying, site demolition planning, detailed layout design, and complete grading and drainage solutions, resulting in a cohesive connection between the highway and public beach access.
