John Paul II Catholic High School

Ark Consulting Group’s partnership with JPII began with a vision. The vision was to transform a 25-acre farm into an elite athletic complex for John Paul II Catholic High School in Greenville, NC. The project showcased our comprehensive site development capabilities, from initial concept design through construction completion in 2020. We managed all aspects including Special Use Permitting, site planning, utility integration, stormwater management, and NCDOT permitting. The completed facility features NCHSAA regulation baseball and softball fields, an artificial turf football/soccer field with future track capabilities, tennis courts, a high school gymnasium, and a field house with batting cages. This project demonstrates our ability to execute large-scale institutional developments while navigating complex permitting requirements and delivering state-of-the-art athletic facilities.
